These TENS electrode pads have been specifically designed to target these areas on the body. The TENS pads themselves consists of two 15cm strips of adhesive gel backed fabric separated by a 3cm wide section of fabric in the centre.By placing the TENS pads evenly across the back, the patch of fabric in the centre sits just over the spine and therefore receives no direct stimulation which can be uncomfortable as its a sensitive area.
