There is a small gap in the centre of the pad where there is no gel - this makes it ideal for spinal placement as the contact avoids the sensitive spinal column area for more comfortable therapy - Pads come with full care and usage instructions in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian - Self adhesive gel designed to last for 20+ uses when following care instructions properly and potentially longer when used with conductive gel - Each pad has two wires to connect to a 2mm pin lead (both wires must be connected to work)
